Where do your globes come from?
We ship 95% from Germany. 5% are delivered from Italy on our behalf. In any case, the goods will be returned to us in Germany in the event of cancellation/complaint.
How do the globes differ in quality?
There are two different types of production. Manual lamination and machine production.
While hand-lamination requires many manual steps and many years of experience, machine-made globes are produced using thermoforming technology.
A film is pulled over the acrylic glass sphere.
The hand lamination is well explained in this video

Which light bulb should I use for my globe?
You need the E14 socket (not E27) for our globes. You should also use an LED bulb as the light source.
For globes up to 30 cm, an output of 2 watts is ideal. From 37 cm to 50 cm, you should use a 4 watt LED energy-saving bulb.
