Historical globe (replica) Vaugondy 1745, classic stand
Gilles Robert de Vaugondy and his son Didier Robert de Vaugondy were France's leading cartographers in the 18th century. Didier was appointed geographer to Louis XV in 1760 and published globes in various sizes, the largest of which had a diameter of 2.6 metres. We bring science and history into the world of interior design. A unique combination of classic globe replicas from historical cartography and spectacular decorative stands.
